I acknowledge and agree that I will have no claim(s) for damages or otherwise, howsoever arising (and whether in delict or contract) against Advanced Combat Training ("ACT") or any of their directors, members, agents, employees and/or servants arising out of injury, loss, loss of life and/or property damages and whether or not caused by the negligence, gross or otherwise of ACT or any of the aforesaid persons, or as a result of any defective firearm or ammunition or training equipment having been issued to me and I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive and abandon any and all claims howsoever arising for any reasons whatsoever. I further confirm that this waiver will be binding on my estate, executors, dependants and/or assigns, as the case may be and that ACT and any of the aforesaid persons by my signature hereof are released from any duty of care towards me.

I hereby indemnify ACT, their directors, members, agents, employees and/or its servants, as the case may be, and hold each of them harmless from and against all and any claims, losses, demands, liability cost and expense of whatsoever nature (including legal costs), howsoever arising, which may be brought against ACT, their directors, members, agents, employees and servants by any persons any act or omission of whatsoever nature (including that of a negligent nature) which may be suffered by ACT, as a result of any action and/or non-action by me whilst on the premises used by ACT.

I agree that ACT, their directors, members, agents, employees and servants, as the case may be, are neither liable nor responsible in any way whatsoever for any injury, discomfort, ill-effect or aggravation of any existing injury or existing disability which I may sustain whilst participating in training session(s), on camps and/or during any event related to training, nor is ACT, their directors, members, agents, employees and servants for the consequences of any technique performed on any person.

I acknowledge and confirm that my use of ACT, premises and participation in training sessions is entirely at my own risk and I hereby agree to abide by any and all instructions and regulations issued by ACT at all times.
